If Internet connection is not stable or the people who do not know to operate internet then in such case there is only one way is face to face communication with career assessment on OMR Sheet.
Career Assessment can be done both online as well as offline. Before the advent of a computer, the assessments were done with paper and pencil. As technology progressed, online tests began to replace offline tests so that it can be easily accessible to all. Currently the offline version of the test can be taken with OMR sheets and analyzed later on to provide same results as an online test.
